We’re a stone manufacturer specializing in high-quality cast stone and precast products. We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production and ensure quality craftsmanship.
We’re a stone manufacturer specializing in high-quality cast stone and precast products. We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Floor Supervisor to oversee daily production and ensure quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist with daily precast or cast stone production.
- Manage molds, mixing, casting, curing, and finishing processes.
- Train and support production staff.
- Perform quality checks and occasional patching or finishing work.
- Load trucks, crate, package, and move heavy products (50–100+ lbs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Help with deliveries and on-site assembly as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in precast, cast stone, or concrete manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of mixes, molds, and production flow.
- Experience in related trades (carpentry, tiling, masonry, or landscaping) a plus.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- Stone finishing or patching experience.
- Familiarity with natural stone (granite, marble, limestone).
Work Environment:
- Warehouse-based, no remote work.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on experience, with potential benefits and advancement opportunities.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
